This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations on the Need Network platform, operated by Kutami Private Limited.
Need Network is a B2B networking platform that connects sellers with promoters. The nature of our service is primarily facilitating connections and earning commission on successful deals.
1. Nature of Services
Need Network provides the following services:
- Platform Access: Free access to browse and post listings
- Connection Services: Facilitating connections between sellers and promoters
- Commission Processing: Managing commission payments between parties
- Premium Features: Additional paid features (if applicable)
2. Free Services
Currently, all core services on Need Network are free:
- Account creation and profile setup
- Posting listings (for sellers)
- Browsing and sharing listings (for promoters)
- In-app messaging
As these services are free, there is no refund applicable.
3. Commission Refund Policy
3.1 Commission Eligibility
Promoters earn commission only when:
- A deal is successfully closed between seller and buyer
- The seller confirms the deal completion in the app
- The commission amount is credited to the promoter's wallet
3.2 Commission Disputes
If you believe your commission was incorrectly calculated or not credited:
- Raise a dispute within 30 days of the deal confirmation
- Provide deal details and supporting evidence

3.3 Commission Refund Scenarios

4. Premium Services (If Applicable)
If Need Network introduces any premium/paid services in the future, the following refund policy will apply:
4.1 Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refund after 7 days
- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rata refund within first 30 days
- Auto-renewal: Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges
4.2 One-time Purchases
- Refund available within 7 days if service not delivered
- No refund for digital services already consumed
- Processing fee may be deducted from refunds
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time:
- Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account
- Or contact us at support@neednetwork.in
- Pending commissions will be processed before closure
- Active listings will be deactivated
5.2 Listing Cancellation
- Sellers can cancel/remove listings at any time
- Pending enquiries on cancelled listings will be notified
- No charges for listing cancellation
5.3 Deal Cancellation
Deals are conducted directly between sellers and buyers. For deal cancellations:
- Contact the other party directly
- Notify us if commission needs to be adjusted
- Provide documentation of cancellation
6. Refund Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund

- Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Name/User ID]"
- Include: Transaction details, reason for refund, supporting documents
6.2 Processing Timeline

6.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to:

- Bank account linked to the app
- In-app wallet credit (if applicable)
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Commissions on successfully completed deals
- Services already delivered or consumed
- Processing fees or platform charges
- Losses due to market fluctuations
- Third-party services or fees
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
- Contact us first to resolve the issue
- Chargebacks initiated without attempting resolution may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute unauthorized chargebacks
