1. Nature of Our Platform

Need Network is a digital B2B networking platform. We do not ship physical goods directly. However, we facilitate connections between sellers and buyers who may engage in physical product transactions.

  • In-app communication tools
  • Commission processing services

1.2 What We Don't Handle

  • Physical shipment of products
  • Delivery of goods between sellers and buyers
  • Transportation or logistics services

3. Third-Party Transactions

3.1 Physical Product Deliveries

For physical products listed on Need Network (such as construction materials):

  • Delivery is handled directly by the Seller
  • Shipping terms are set by the Seller
  • Buyers should confirm delivery details with Sellers
  • Need Network is not responsible for shipping delays or issues

3.2 Property Transactions

For property listings:

  • Site visits are arranged between Sellers and Buyers
  • Documentation and registration are handled by parties involved
  • We do not participate in physical handover

3.3 Service Deliveries

For service listings (plumbing, electrical, etc.):

  • Service execution is between Service Provider and Customer
  • Timelines and quality are the Service Provider's responsibility
  • Disputes should be resolved between the parties

4. Premium Features Delivery (If Applicable)

If premium features are introduced:

4.1 Instant Delivery Features

  • Subscription activation: Instant
  • Feature unlock: Instant upon payment confirmation
  • Enhanced visibility: Within 30 minutes

4.2 Pending Delivery Features

  • Verified badge: 1-3 business days (after document verification)
  • Custom branding: 3-5 business days
  • Priority support: Within 2 hours during business hours

5. Notifications & Communications

5.1 Push Notifications

  • Delivered instantly when device is connected
  • May be delayed if device is offline
  • Users can manage notification preferences in settings

5.2 Email Communications

  • Transactional emails: Delivered within 5 minutes
  • Newsletters: Sent as per schedule
  • Account alerts: Delivered within 15 minutes

5.3 SMS Communications

  • OTPs: Delivered within 1 minute
  • Alerts: Delivered within 5 minutes
  • Delivery depends on network conditions
